Problems with Outlook after Windows 10 upgrade Ox800CCC13

We have had many customers reporting Outlook Error Ox800CCC13 after upgrading to Windows 10. The solution is to run sfc /scannow from an elevated command prompt to resolve the issue –

1. Right click on the start button

2. Select ‘Command Prompt (Admin)’

3. In the window that appears enter – sfc /scannow

4. Wait for the System file checker to complete and then restart the computer.
