How many licences do I need? Purchase a licence for each user whose sent or received emails will be directly or indirectly processed by FileChimp. A single user with multiple mailboxes will require a licence for each mailbox. Processing a shared mailbox requires a licence for each contributor to that mailbox. A single user with multiple devices would require a licence for each device FileChimp is installed on.

Subscription pricing includes email support and updates. Where FileChimp is installed on a server the number of licences purchased must be equal to or exceed the client licences for that server. Server licences are sold in increments of 10 seats. Subscription customers are always entitled to install the current version and request email support. In addition subscription licences can be transferred from one computer to another. Legacy licences (where perpetual) are valid for the life of the installation (subject to the EULA) and are not transferable. Prices shown exclude VAT where applicable.

Volume discounts apply for companies purchasing over 25 seats at a time, please contact us for a quotation.

It is the users responsibility to undertake a free trial of FileChimp and evaluate all of its features before purchase. We regret that once a serial number has been issued it is not possible to request a refund. Please read our EULA for further information.

Premium Support (with remote troubleshooting and callback) is available for users with limited IT support and for users who are no longer within their support allowance.
