How many licences do I need? Purchase a licence for each named user whose sent or received emails will be directly or indirectly processed by FileChimp. A single user with multiple mailboxes will require a licence for each mailbox. Processing a shared / carbon copy or catchall mailbox requires a licence for each contributor to that mailbox (contact us for pricing). A single user with multiple devices would require a licence for each device FileChimp is installed on. Please contact us before purchasing licences if you need any help.

Subscription pricing includes email support and updates. Where FileChimp is installed on a server the number of licences purchased must be equal to or exceed the client licences for that server. Subscription customers are always entitled to install the current version and request email support. In addition subscription licences can be transferred from one computer to another. Legacy licences (where perpetual) are valid for the life of the installation (subject to the EULA) and are not transferable. Prices shown exclude VAT where applicable.

It is the users responsibility to undertake a free trial of FileChimp and evaluate all of its features before purchase. We regret that once a serial number has been issued it is not possible to request a refund. Please read our EULA for further information.

Premium Support (with remote troubleshooting and callback) is available for users with limited IT support and for users who are no longer within their support allowance.
